TeamSystem: Tailor-made furnishings for evolving spaces

TeamSystem is a leading provider of business software, but the project we developed tells a much bigger story: an ecosystem of spaces designed to inspire collaboration, focus, and dynamism at every moment of day, within the 1960s Pirelli 35 building, now completely reimagined.

Ten floors furnished for TeamSystem's new Milan hub

Together with Twister Architetti Associati, led by architect Giorgio Totino, we furnished 10 floors of the new Milan headquarters: five dedicated to operations, four to executive offices and an entire level designed as a breakout area. A complex, colorful and vibrant project – just like the TeamSystem logo – which inspired the color palette of the interiors. The result is a cohesive yet diverse collection of spaces to work, meet, reflect, and recharge.

Meeting rooms that make an impression

One of the meeting rooms is defined by a large U-shaped grey table, designed to encourage visual interaction and direct exchange among participants. Blue fabric-clad walls embrace the space, enhancing acoustics while creating an intimate, elegant, and functional atmosphere. A balance of form, material, and color that inspires both focus and dialogue.

Versatile furnishings and flexible workstations for operational spaces

The operational areas feature numerous desks, ergonomic seating , flexible workstations, and meeting rooms of every size.

Not chairs, Code poufs (with and without backrests), E-quo benches and Wing tables both high and low versions) have been combined to shape versatile and functional rooms.

Lounge areas with Not sofas in shades of blue and grey open into the Bosco Verticale in Milan – a striking backdrop in the renowned Isola district.

Colors, materials, and custom details for authentic spaces

True furnishings define every environment, with bespoke solutions and components designed ad hoc. The neutral tones of the architectural shell welcome bursts of color in meeting pods, phone booths, and various informal areas, while details like natural oak frames add warmth and authenticity.

A warm and welcoming lounge, between comfort and conviviality

In the lounge area, Oscar sofas in beige fabric are paired with mustard-yellow Oscar poufs, creating a balance between warm tones and vibrant accents. Nomade wooden coffee tables complete the setting with a natural, tactile touch.

Executive spaces designed to welcome, meet and share

At the heart of the executive area, on the tenth floor, stands a striking 12-meter custom Fenix table, designed in a V-shape to ensure optimal visibility of the screen during board meetings.

Alongside, the Wing kitchen and multiple Wing tables, create a convivial area, designed to welcome guests after a meeting or to carry on the conversation over a coffee.

Wing with lamp: areas for focus

Dedicated areas for concentration are not lacking, such as the “Silence Tables,” – Wing tables from the True collection with a central lamp – alongside areas for lateral thinking: pentagonal tables on wheels, ready to host brainstorming sessions and moments of shared creativity.

True has interpreted each space with solutions that are functional, flexible, authentic, and tailor-made. Because even the most ambitious project, in the end, is defined by the details that make every day extraordinary.
