A space for taking a break and getting together

At the headquarters of Rouages, a Swiss company operating in the watchmaking sector, the communal spaces have been reimagined as central hubs of everyday working life. Areas where people pass through or linger become opportunities for meeting, discussion and taking a break, helping to create a more balanced and shared experience within the workplace.

An integrated range of furniture

To cater for the different functions of the spaces, a wide selection of products from True’s collection was chosen for its ability to ensure aesthetic consistency and design flexibility. Seating such as Tao, Flow and Not, the iconic Nomade stools and the Anyway side tables represent just a fraction of the solutions incorporated into the project, which includes numerous other items from the collection.

The range of furniture allows for the creation of different layouts, adaptable to various times of day and uses, whilst always maintaining an understated, contemporary style. The variety of product types helps to create dynamic yet balanced spaces, capable of meeting functional requirements without compromising on comfort.

The extensive use of True collections helps to give identity to communal spaces, where materials, clean lines and attention to detail create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The design blends discreetly into the architecture, enhancing the perceived quality of the spaces without overwhelming them. The result is a system of fluid and harmonious spaces, in which the design interprets the workplace as a relational context, where people’s wellbeing becomes a central element of the everyday experience.
