TeamSystem: custom-made furniture for evolving spaces
TeamSystem is a leading provider of business software, but the project we have developed tells a much bigger story: it is an ecosystem of spaces designed to inspire collaboration, concentration, and dynamism at any time of day, inside the now completely renovated 1960s building at Pirelli 35.
Ten furnished floors for TeamSystem's new Milan hub
Together with Twister Architetti Associati, led by architect Giorgio Totino, we furnished 10 floors of the new Milan headquarters: five operational floors, four executive floors, and an entire floor dedicated to the break area. It was a complex, colorful, lively project, just like the TeamSystem logo, which inspired the color palette of the rooms. The result is a coherent and varied set of spaces where people can work, meet, think, and take a break.
Meeting rooms that stand out
One of the meeting rooms features a large gray U-shaped table, designed to encourage visual interaction and direct discussion among participants. The walls are covered in blue fabric, improving acoustics and creating a cozy, elegant, and functional environment. A balance of form, material, and color that stimulates concentration and dialogue.
Versatile furniture and flexible workstations for operative work
The workspaces feature numerous desks, ergonomicchairs, flexibleworkstations, and meetingrooms of all sizes.
Colors, materials, and details tailored to authentic environments
True furnishings are found throughout every room, with tailor-made solutions and specially designed components. The neutral tones of the architectural envelope welcome “splashes” of color in the small rooms, phone booths, and various informal areas, while details such as natural oak frames add warmth and authenticity.
A warm and welcoming lounge, combining comfort and conviviality
In the lounge area, the beige Oscar sofas complement the mustard yellow Oscar poufs, creating a balance between warm tones and pops of color. The wooden Nomade coffee tables complete the look with a natural, textured touch.
Executive spaces designed for welcoming, meeting, and sharing
In the heart of the executive area, on the tenth floor, stands a large 12-meter custom table made of Fenix, designed in a V shape to ensure optimal visibility of the screen during board meetings.
Wing with lamp: areas for concentration
There are also areas for concentration, such as the “Silence Tables,” Wing tables from the True collection with a central lamp, as well as areas for lateral thinking: pentagonal tables on wheels, ready to host brainstorming sessions and shared creativity.
True for TeamSystem: every detail matters
True has interpreted each space with functional, flexible, authentic, and tailor-made solutions. Because even a large project, in the end, is measured by the details that make every day extraordinary.
