A company’s growth is also measured by the spaces it chooses to occupy.
For True, the refurbishment of its headquarters stems from a twofold need: to update the brand’s identity and to create an environment capable of accommodating a constantly evolving team.
The project reimagines the offices as a place where identity, work and everyday life come together. A revitalised environment, designed to accommodate the company’s new scale whilst, at the same time, translating the aesthetic and design codes that define the True world into the physical space.
Design is not an afterthought, but rather an integral part of the architecture and the experience of those who inhabit these spaces on a daily basis. Volumes, colours, materials and furnishings create a language that is consistent with that of the collection, bringing into the office the same attention to proportion, comfort and functionality that True applies to its products.
The new layout has been designed to support the team’s growth, offering a greater number of people a contemporary, well-organised and pleasant working environment. The spaces are designed to encourage both concentration and collaboration, combining workspaces with areas dedicated to meetings, socialising and taking a break.
Refurbishing our offices also means giving physical form to our brand identity.
The project brings some of the distinctive features of True’s vision into the space, translating them into an environment that is not merely representative, but authentically lived.
The office thus becomes a tangible expression of True’s way of working: a space open to connection, where people can feel part of a shared project and where the design helps to make everyday life at the company more natural and fluid.
While our products reflect True’s approach to design, our offices represent how that design is experienced on a daily basis.
Two spaces, one direction
The refurbishment of the head office comes at a time of expansion, further marked by the opening of a True Place, True’s new permanent space in the heart of Milan, at Porta Nuova. A place designed to welcome clients, designers and partners, and to bring the world of True into an international context, creating new opportunities for meetings and networking.
Two different spaces, yet part of the same journey: on the one hand, the headquarters, which is being refurbished to support the day-to-day growth of the company and its people; on the other, a new presence in the heart of Milan’s design scene, marking the start of a new chapter of expansion for True.
