The interior design project for the Raiffeisen Bank branch in Sarajevo redefines the experience of contemporary banking spaces, transforming them into welcoming, functional environments focused on people’s wellbeing.

The concept was developed by the local studio Cube Design Sarajevo, an architecture and interior design practice with which True began its collaboration through this project. The result is a space that integrates design, comfort and acoustic solutions within a modern banking environment.

The layout combines informal waiting areas, lounge spaces and zones dedicated to customer meetings, creating a fluid and welcoming atmosphere. In this context, the Code poufs introduce versatile and informal seating elements, ideal for shaping dynamic waiting areas that can be easily reconfigured.

Alongside them, the Cloud coffee tables complement the lounge areas with light and functional surfaces, while the Not lounge armchairs help create comfortable spaces for conversation and consultation, combining ergonomic comfort with a contemporary aesthetic.

Special attention was also paid to acoustic comfort: the Patch acoustic panels improve the sound quality of the interiors while introducing a graphic decorative element that enriches the walls of the space.

The result is a project that interprets the bank branch as an open and welcoming place where design, functionality and wellbeing coexist. The Raiffeisen Bank Sarajevo project also marks the beginning of the collaboration between True and Cube Design Sarajevo, opening new opportunities for development in the South-Eastern European market.
